Project Description: The Vilas Road Pumping Station in Cottage Grove wins a Project of the Year award from the Wisconsin chapter of the American Public Works Association. MSA Professional Services Inc., Madison, designed the facility, which will allow the municipality to handle future growth for at least 60 years.
